The house is in a handy location, about 10 minutes from the Luas, 5 minutes from local shops and amenities, and only a few minutes' walk from bus routes into the city centre. The house is an older house and could do with a bit of a freshen up, so it's not a brand new or fancy place, but it's comfortable and in a great location.
